How booking works on Ha Giang Trekking: enquiry flow, confirmation steps, and what to expect before departure.
Ha Giang Trekking is operated by Hanoi Travel Mate Co., Ltd., a licensed Vietnamese travel company.
This site does not take payment. Every departure is confirmed after a direct conversation with our team — usually on WhatsApp.
- 1. Enquire — tell us your route (or interests), dates, and group size.
- 2. Confirm — we reply with availability, price, deposit and cancellation terms for your departure, and the logistics needed to confirm.
- 3. Prepare — you receive what to pack and where to meet.
Published extended journeys on this site use a 30% deposit and free cancellation up to 14 days before departure where those terms are listed on the tour page. Hub programme terms are confirmed for your specific departure before you travel.
If we cancel your departure for safety or weather before you travel, we offer a full refund or reschedule. Payment method is confirmed after enquiry — not listed on this site.
